INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

According to art. 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as: RODO), University of the National Education Commission, Krakow informs that:

I. The administrator of your personal data is University of the National Education Commission, Krakow ul. Podchorazych 2, 30-084 Krakow.

II. The Inspector of Personal Data Protection was appointed in University of the National Education Commission, Krakow ul. Podchorazych 2 pok. 48a, e-mail: iod@uken.krakow.pl, tel. (12) 662 63 45.

III. Your personal data (including photographs) will be processed for the purpose of recruitment and coming to study at the University under a Erasmus+ Programme and related administrative activities and events organized by University of the National Education Commission, Krakow on the basis of your consent, in accordance with the EU regulations.

IV. Your documentation will be stored for the needs of the International Relations Office and superior authorities for a period of 5 years, and then it will be given to the University Archive on the basis of the Act of 14 July 1983 on the National Archives Resources and Archives.

V. The recipients of your personal data may be:

VI. Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but their processing is a necessary to participate in the recruitment process and to come to study at the University and to carry out related administrative activities.

VII. You have the right to: access your data and to correct it, as well as the right to remove, limit the processing activities, transfer, to raise the objection to the processing - in cases and on conditions specified in RODO.

VIII. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent given prior to its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be sent by e-mail to the following address: bwm@uken.krakow.pl, by standard mail to the following address: International Relations Office ul. Podchorazych 2, 30-084 Krakow, or withdraw it personally in the International Relations Office.

IX. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.

X. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling. I confirm that I have read and accept the above-mentioned information.
